There are some (~ 40) rooms reserved in the Globus Hotel in that is at 2 min walking distance from the meeting place. You are of course free to find whatever else other accomodation you prefer, but we encourage you to act as soon as possible if you want a place that is close either to the city center or to the meeting place.
In order to reserve the room at the Globus hotel you need to download the attached form, fill it, sign it and send it via email at the info@globushotel.com address within November 8th! After the 8th of November the room availability will not be guaranteed anymore.
