This talk shall be a repetition (with minor additions) of the talk given at the March Meeting of the American Physical Society on the occasion of the award of the 2019 Dannie Heineman Prize for Mathematical Physics. It shall consist of an overview of past - and especially recent - findings on “exactly solvable” dynamical systems The slides will be in English, but the talk shall be delivered in Italian (unless the audience prefers that it be given in English).
