The Workshop will concentrate on ground-based CMB experiments, covering both polarization and spectral measurements. The focus will be on experimental and technological developments of particular interest for the Italian community, as well as on the prospects of consolidating joint European efforts to contribute to this fascinating and rapidly evolving research area.
