Recent developments in Kaon physics

I review rare kaon decays in the LHC era. We discuss interplay with
B-anomalies and possible New Physics in direct CP violation in K -> 2 pi:
very rare kaon decays like K -> pi nu nu are very important to
this purpose. We discuss also the decays K0 -> mu mu due to the LHCB
measurement.
