Description
We realized new van der Waals heterostructure based on atomically thin Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+y (BSCCO) high temperature superconductor. We will show the measured sign-reversal Hall change, nanoscale heterogeneity, gate tunability and Josephson effect, laying the basis for future quantum technologies at high temperature.
