You can reach the EAAC2019 Workshop site (Hotel Hermitage, Strada Provinciale della Biodola, 57037 Portoferraio - LI - La Biodola Bay, Elba Island, Italy) in the following ways:

By plane to Pisa or Roma (FCO) airports. Meeting buses will be provided from/to;

By plane to Elba Island (Marina di Campo airport) only few flights from Berna airport (check here);

By train to Piombino Marittima, then ferry-boat to Portoferraio. A shuttle bus will be available upon request to connect the Workshop site and Portoferraio harbour;

By car to Piombino, then ferry-boat to Portoferraio, a short drive to La Biodola (10 km). Since parking is limited at the Hotel Hermitage, we encourage participants to use the meeting buses as much as possible.
EAAC2019 Workshop buses will connect the Meeting site to Roma Airport - "Leonardo da Vinci" (FCO) - and to Pisa Airport "Galileo Galilei" (PSA) on the dates of start and end of the Workshop. A contribution of 100,00 € per participant will be required (round trip - 50,00 € per ride) for bus transportation. Ferry tickets are included in the rate, Workshop Secretariat will buy them for reserved bus seats. Companions can use the workshop bus for free.

Sunday, September 15th: bus to Hotel Hermitage
- from Roma airport "L. Da Vinci" at 11:00 a.m.
- from Roma airport "L. Da Vinci" at 1:30 p.m.
The meeting point for participants is at the Arrival area of Terminal 3 (after baggage claim, ground floor) in front of the exit door Nr. 2, Meeting point Nr. 4; - from Pisa airport "G. Galilei" at 3:00 p.m.

A LoC member will be there with EAAC2019 sign waiting for all participants. Further details will be sent by e-mail.
Saturday, September 21th: from Hotel Hermitage
- to Roma airport "L. Da Vinci" at 7:00 a.m. (expected arrival at 1:00 p.m.)
- to Pisa airport "G. Galilei" at 7:00 a.m. (expected arrival at 11:00 a.m.)
The EAAC2019 LoC strongly suggest to book a flight for your return from FCO airport with departure time after 3:30 p.m.
Special for EuroNNAc meetings attendees -> Sunday, September 22nd: from Hotel Hermitage
- to Roma airport only "L. Da Vinci" at 7:00 (expected arrival at 1:00 p.m.)
