Description
a short WG2-ET meeting will take place on the 15th of September 2009 HERE you can find how to get the department. A list of hotels can be found HERE For any further logistic information you can ask to Mrs.Laura Opisso , tel. +39 010 353 6364. In order to have access to the wireless network connection the participants will be requested to register providing an identity document. To speed up the registration process each participant can send via fax (+39 010 313358) or via e-mail to Mrs. Elisa Carnevali a copy of his identity document. We apologize for this request but this is an obligation stated by the Italian antiterrorism laws. The INFN physicists do not need to register as the TRIP tool for the wireless connection is operative in Genova. However we suggest to check, prior to coming in Genova, that the laptop is properly configured for the TRIP connection. AGENDA OF THE MEETING Use the Registration link on the right to confirm your participation and don't forget the usual ET travel authorization form available here
