We have organized two conference buses, connecting, free of charge, Geneva (CERN and Cointrin Airport ) and Milano (Malpensa Airport ) to the conference venue.
Bus rides between the Planibel Hotel at La Thuile and Geneva or Malpensa airports take about 2h30'. The bus schedule is as follows:
Upon arrival Sunday, March 10
- 14:00 Bus departure from Milano Malpensa
The meeting point is between Exit and B of Terminal 1 (Lower level) near exit 6.
In this area you will find a conference poster and you will meet a conference staff member starting from 11:00 a.m.
- 13.30 Bus departure from CERN to Geneva Airport
The meeting point is in the coach parking (see map)
- 14:00 Bus continuation from Geneva Airport to La Thuile
The meeting point is at the arrival gate exit
Upon departure Saturday, March 16
- 13.30 Bus departure from the Planibel Hotel to Geneva Airport and to CERN
- 13.30 Bus departure from the Planibel Hotel Planibel to Milano Malpensa airport
