Follow the arrows in the link.
If you enter from Jussieu once you arrive to the Tour 22 you have to go down one floor (RdC) and then follow indications to arrive to Charpak Amphitheatre.
If you enter from Quai Saint Bernard you are already at RdC so you will find Charpak Amphitheatre in front of you once you arrive at the Tour 22.
