Description
Antiprotons as probe for nuclear studies with short-lived isotopes remain unexploited despite past pioneer works at CERN/LEAR and Brookhaven.
Antiprotons offer a very unique sensitivity, as a probe, to the ratio of neutron and proton densities at annihilation site, i.e.
in the density tail of the nucleus. The project officially started on January 1st, 2018. Its motivations, concept will be presented, as well as its technical challenges and status.
