Participation is limited to 25 PhD students among Physics, IT and in general any curriculum related to the school. Support is also possible for few of them and can be requested directly to the School Secretariat. Accommodation can also be arranged inside the University campus. Participation candidature must be submitted before August 15th, 2018 and will be reviewed just after the deadline. A participation fee is defined as 250,00 Euro per participant and will include coffee breaks, lunches, and a social dinner. The fee for any accompanying person is 100,00 Euro. The payment will be managed at the school.
