Industrial Exhibition and Sponsorship
An Industrial Exhibition will be organized during the workshop (July 19-21) where the companies of interest for the topics of the workshop are invited to participate.
During workshop we are pleased to offer the following possibilities to present your products and advertise your company:

Industrial session: the workshop will have a plenary industrial session with invited talks giving a broad overview of the industrial products of interest for the topics of the workshop.

Exhibition of your products: The exhibition can be visited during the coffee break and at the end of the afternoon sessions.
The fee for an exhibition area is 400 euros per day (800 euros for the whole duration of the workshop). It includes the registration of two attendees, including participation at all sessions, coffee breaks and lunches. Additional attendees must pay 100 euros each.
For the exibition, the local organizing committee will provide the following equipment: two chairs, one table, power connection, WLAN network.
For booking an exhibition area or joining other sponsorship program, please contact the local organizing committee by e-mail (neptune@na.infn.it) specifying the number of attendees and if you would like to provide a gadget for the attendees of the workshop. The deadline for registration is 22 June 2018.
Since a limited space is available, the allocation is decided by the local organizing committee following the registation order.
Flyer in delegates bag
As a complement to the Industrial Exhibition, the workshop organizers offer alternative publicity opportunities. These include the possibility of placing flyers (or other promotional items, such as pens) in delegates’ bags; sponsors will be listed in the workshop program.
