The TDAQ meeting will be held at Aula Convegni of CNR (Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche). CNR headquarter is close to "Sapienza" University and is located at Piazzale Aldo Moro, 7. A wi-fi connection will be available during the meeting.

The Registration will take place at INFN Sezione di Roma starting on Monday morning at 10.00, in the G. Marconi building of Physics Department at 2nd floor (Piazzale Aldo Moro, 5) in the Sala Direzione.
Registration will be possible with cash (preferred), debit and credit cards on Monday and Tuesday; cash only registration will be possible on Wednesday morning, after registration will be closed.
A Welcome Party will be organised on Monday evening at 8:00 p.m, at "Boscolo Hotel Exedra", a five-star luxury hotel located in Piazza della Repubblica. The welcome party will be held on the roof's hotel, with a wonderful sight on Rome. Please confirm your presence at this event.

On Wednesday afternoon will be organised a visit to "Galleria Borghese", one of the most important museums of Rome. The visit will start at 5.00 pm. A bus will take you at 3.30 pm from Piazzale Aldo Moro (in front of CNR). English guides will guide you through the museum. At the end of the visit (7.00 pm) the bus will take you back to Piazzale Aldo Moro.

On Wednesday evening a social dinner will be held at Hotel Quirinale, located in Via Nazionale 7. Dinner will start 8.30 pm.
The meeting will end on Friday.
On Saturday a visit to INFN Gran Sasso underground Labs will be organised only if there is sufficient interest. The fee for the visit is not included in the conference fee.
