Description
In this set of three seminars I will give a didactic introduction to the topic of localization in quantum disordered systems. In the first seminar I will introduce the idea of thermalization in isolated quantum systems and how it fails in a class of models with disorder, giving rise to (many-body) Anderson localization. Moreover, I will present the main phenomenology of the localized phase.
