Summary

There has been much work done in investigating the origin of noise lines during LIGO's S6 run. The results of the investigation will be presented. This work is done in conjuction with the LSC's detector characterization working group, and the LSC-Virgo continuous wave search group. The methods of the search, results, and implications will be presented.
