Some rooms have been pre-booked at special rates at the "Europa Hotel" in Padova.
The hotel is well located in the centre of the city and at a walking distance from the site of the morning sessions of the course (approx. 10 minutes).
Participants arriving to Padova by train or by airshuttle from the airport (last stop, Piazzale Stazione) can reach the hotel by walking to Largo Europa for about 10 minutes.
Rooms will be available until September 23rd, on "first come, first served basis" and should be confirmed directly by the participants. No guarantee of availability is given, after the indicated date.
Please be aware that October is a month full of events in Padova, thus it is not easy to find accommodation availability, so take advantage from the pre-booking.
Confirmation of rooms should be made by contacting directly the hotel, making reference to the INFN SNRI-V course and leaving a credit card number as guarantee.
Prices include taxes, breakfast and wi-fi.
Please consider an additional “local tax” per night, as foreseen by the Italian Law.
