How to Arrive to Padova

By Plane: from Marco Polo Airport in Venice (VCE)
Once arrived at Marco Polo airport, one can take the direct FSBus to Padova (http://www.veniceairport.it/trasporti/padova.html).
Tkt can be bought at the ticket office in the airport (at the left of the baggage claim area exit); at the automatic machine inside the airport or directly on the bus (little extra charge).
Bus running every 25 minutes. Mind to get off to the last stop (Piazzale Stazione). From there, a 10 minutes walk will take to Hotel Europa in Largo Europa.

Those who would like to take a private taxi, can find the taxi lane soon at the exit of the airport.

Another way to reach the city of Padova is to book, at least one day in advance, the Air Service Shuttle.

By Plane: from Antonio Canova Airport in Treviso (TSF)
There are no direct bus from Treviso Airport to Padova. One should reach Venezia or Mestre railstation and from there take a bus to Padova (http://www.trevisoairport.it/trasporti.html).

By Train
Once arrived in Padova, there are 10 minutes walk from the railstation to the Hotel Europa address (Largo Europa).


Morning Sessions
Morning sessions of the course will take place in AULA della VIGNA (except for Friday 28th).

Aula della Vigna is located in Via Jappelli 1, just around the corner of the INFN-Padova section in the Department of Physics and Astronomy (see map) and about 10 minutes walk from Hotel Europa.

At the end of the morning session, a private bus departing from nearby Aula della Vigna will bring participants to the INFN-LNL canteen for lunch.

Afternoon sessions will take place in the various lab at INFN-LNL.
At the end of the working day, the bus will take people back to Padova and leave them in front of the Europa Hotel.
