Lepton number violation and dark matter

Higher order electroweak representations have various interesting features. Of particular interest are those for which renormalizable interactions with the standard model fields are not possible writing, since their neutral components are -in principle- suitable dark matter candidates. In this talk I will discuss these scenarios and their "embeddings" in lepton-number-violating frameworks.
