Description
In 1988 the speaker and S.P. Novikov showed that the fixed-energy 2-D inverse scattering problems require the study of generalized analytic functions with pole-type singularities on contours. The standard analytic approaches do not work for this class of problems. Recently R.G Novikov and I have shown that at least locally these problems can be reduced to regular ones using Moutard-type transformations with respect to the spectral parameter.
