Description
The Chinese particle physics experiment started from Beijing Electron Positron Collider (BEPC) since 1988. Many interesting results of theτ– charm physics were obtained. The major upgrade of BEPC (BEPCII) was carried out successfully 2004 – 2008. BEPCII is a double ring collider with increasing the daily luminosity by two order of magnitudes. The largest data samples of the Charm physics obtained. The physics results from BEPCII are briefed. The non-accelerator experiments in China are promoted with great efforts during the last decade. The Daya Bay reactor neutrino experiment made the most precision measurement on the neutrino mixing angle q13. The next generation of the reactor neutrino experiment JUNO to measure the neutrino mass hierarchy started the construction. The cosmic rays measurements at Yangbajing of Tibet and the particle astrophysics experiments in Space are reviewed. The experiments to search for dark matter started in the deep underground laboratory in Jinping of Sichuan. The medium and long term plan of the Chinese particle physics experiments , including the Circular Electron Positron Collider (CEPC), is discussed.
