Description
In this talk, I will discuss the impact of a light eV-scale sterile  neutrinoin the currently running (T2K and NOvA) and upcoming (DUNE and T2HK) long-baseline neutrino oscillation experiments. I will discuss how the sensitivity reach of these experiments in resolving neutrino mass ordering, leptonic CP-violation, and octant of 2-3 mixing angle would be affected in the presence of a light eV-scale sterile neutrino. I will also explore the possibility of having new sources of CP-violation in long-baseline experiments in the so called 3+1 scheme.
