Description
We point out the impact of theory input on the extraction of
$V_{cb}$ from $B\rightarrow D^{*}l\nu$. Including Heavy Quark Effective
Theory (HQET) input in a conservative way through the so-called strong
unitarity bounds, we determine $V_{cb}$ from recent preliminary Belle
data. Furthermore, we give an updated Standard Model (SM) prediction for
the Lepton Flavor Nonuniversality observable $R(D^{*})$, which can be used for precision tests of the SM.
