4^th SuperB Collaboration Meeting - La Biodola (Isola d'Elba) Italy

The Meeting

Dates

The Collaboration Meeting sessions will start in the morning of Friday, June 1^st and finish in the evening of Monday, June 4^th, 2012. The daily work schedule will be concentrated in the morning and in the evening allowing a few hours around lunch time to relax, sunbathe, or swim.

The Physics Meeting will start on Thursday May 31^st and continue through the Collaboration Meeting.
Thursday, May 31^st will also be devoted to the restricted Detector Technical Board, and Accelerator Board meetings.

Most participants are expected to arrive on Thursday, May 31^st and depart on Tuesday, June 5^th. Participants to the Physics Meeting and restricted meetings are expected to arrive on Wednesday, May 30^th. See the Arrival and Departure Information sections on the Registration for more details.

Social events

A welcome cocktail will be offered in the late afternoon of Thursday, May 31^st.
A concert will be organized on Friday, June 1^st evening in the Hotel Hermitage area (Maitù Hall).
A social dinner will take place on Saturday, June 2^nd evening in the Hotel Hermitage area.
