The Meeting will take place at the Planibel Hotel located in La Thuile, Aosta Valley (Italy)
Fully inclusive accommodation fees per person are the following:
| Single room | 120,00 € /day |
| Double room, two person | 103,00 € /person/day |
| Children between 3 and 6 | 50% discount |
| Children between 6 and 14 | 25% discount |
| Children under 3 years | Free |
The local tourist tax of €1,60/person/day should be paid directly to the hotel (babies between 0-2 are free)
The Hotel will accept attendance to the Conference for a period shorter than the whole week. While the reservation should be made through the Conference Secretariat, the Hotel bill shall be paid directly to the Hotel. In a limited number of cases it might be possible to accommodate participants wishing to extend their period of stay beyond the end of the Rencontres.
Due to the COVID19 pandemia, rooms are by default in single use (except for accompanying persons). If you wish to share with another participant, both should specifically ask by joint mail.
The desired period of stay should be indicated on the registration form. Registered participants will receive confirmation of arrangements made for them.
