By plane:
The recommended airport is Bari-Palese, see the Bari Airport web site. A shuttle service will be organized from the Bari airport to Martina Franca on June 26th, and from Martina Franca to Bari on June 30rd.
On June 26th the shuttles will collect participants at the airport every 2-3 hours during the day, in groups of 7-8 persons.
On June 30rd two buses will depart from the workshop venue in Martina Franca to the Bari-Palese airport, one leaving in the early morning and another one at the end of the workshop (2 pm).
By train:
The recommended railway station is Stazione di Bari Centrale.
By car:
There are many roads from Bari to Martina Franca, namely those indicated here and here.
Do not forget to notify us your expected arrival time, date, and place, so that the we can arrange the shuttle service on June 26th. Private taxi service would be expensive, since the Bari airport and railway station are about 80 Km far from Martina Franca.
Martina Franca is connected to Bari by trains and bus lines of Ferrovie del Sud-Est. Trains leave every 1-2 hours from Monday to Saturday, from the railway station of Bari Centrale.
On Sunday, buses leave from Largo Sorrentino/via Capruzzi 174 (50 m from the Bari Centrale railway station) with the following time schedule: 8.30 am - 12.30 am - 4.30 pm - 7.20 pm - 9.00 pm.
Buses are of blue color, with the inscription "Ferrovie del Sud Est" (or "FSE"). The destination "MARTINA FR" is indicated (if you are not sure, ask the driver). Bus tickets can be purchased at the coffee shop "La brasserie sous les arcades" at the corner of Largo Sorrentino.
