PIXEL2016 Bulletin #2
Dear Colleague,
The Agenda of the PIXEL2016 - International Workshop on Semiconductor Pixel Detectors for Particles and Imaging is now defined and visible at https://agenda.infn.it/conferenceOtherViews.py?view=standard&confId=10190
Presentations and Poster discussion
The agenda consists of 7 review talks (30’+10’ for discussion), 14 invited talks (20’+5’ for discussion), 36 oral contributions (12’+3’ for discussion) and 31 posters. There will be 2 poster sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon of Thursday September 8, where all the posters will be presented and discussed.
Proceedings
The conference proceedings will be published as a special issue of JINST, see http://jinst.sissa.it/jinst/common/JINST_proceedings.jsp.
The number of pages assignment is:
- up to 12 for review talks
- up to 9 for invited talks
- up to 6 for oral contributions
- up to 5 for posters
All proceedings contributions should be submitted by October 10, 2016 and will be peer reviewed under the responsibility of the editors of the workshop (C. Gemme and L. Rossi).

Registration
The registration is open since March 25, 2016, and the deadline for registration is August 31, 2016. The deadline for early registration with reduced fee (250 Euro) is July 15, 2016. After this date and before August 31, the fee becomes 300 Euro. Please note (see http://pixel2016.ge.infn.it) that you have to pay the fee prior to arriving in Sestri Levante. The mechanism to pay the fee is different if you are associated to INFN (Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare) or not.
