The editors of the EAAC2013 proceedings are Jens Osterhoff (DESY), Ralph Assmann (DESY), Massimo Ferrario (INFN-LNF), and Arnd Specka (École Polytechnique).

This special issue will be accessible online and be printed as a soft cover book with a tentative release date at the end of this year. The first author of each accepted proceedings paper will receive a printed issue free of charge.
