• The Registration fee for the Symposium includes: Welcome Dinner on Sunday Nov. 5, and Lunches at the "San Trovaso Restaurant" (close to symposium venue) from Monday to Friday; Coffee-breaks along the Scientific Sessions; Social Dinner on Thursday Nov. 9; Book of Abstracts, one copy of the Symposium Proceedings (as a Special issue of the "Radiation Protection Dosimetry" journal; upon the publication, subsequently to the Symposium closure) and congress material.

Registration Desk will be open at Congress site on Sunday Nov. 5 (15.00-18.00) and will remain open from Monday Nov. 6 to Friday Nov. 10  throughout the Symposium Scientific Sessions.

• Companions and Exhibitors: They are kindly invited to indicate whether they will take part in the Conference Dinner and Social Tour. The appropriate fees are due.

• Companions and Exhibitors wishing to have their lunch at the "San Trovaso Restaurant" during the Symposium may purchase vouchers directly at the Conference desk.

Note: Registration fees are due for all participants, including Invited Speakers and Chairpersons. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.

In filling in the online “Registration Form”, all foreseen procedure steps are requested:

• Enter all requested details in the form
• Select the preferred payment method
• Save (or Print) the form as a pdf document  by using the button "SAVE" inserted  on the 2nd page of the form, send it by email to: MICROS2017@PRIMARETENETWORK.COM

Note, in filling in the "Registration Form":

• To indicate the number (1 or more) and type of "Venice Event Card" (allowing to use the public Venice transportation without limitation or additional costs) needed, the required card number must be inserted in the appropriate "field" and the card type selected in the corresponding "window" and then it must be clicked on the selected choice (to enter the selected number for subsequent calculations)

 
Fee Payment:

The payment of the registration fee and of the other fees can be made by:

• Credit card:        Visa and MasterCard cards are accepted.

To pay by credit card, clicking on the online link participants will be redirect to the secure payment site of "PRIMARETE VIAGGI E VACANZE SRL - Padova, Italy" travel agency.
When in the PRIMARETE "secure payment site", enter all the requested details; including the Participant email and full name, the total amount due and the purpose for which the payment is made (i.e.: "MICROS2017 - Venice, Italy – Registration".

Bank transfers must be free of charges for the recipient.

Registration Cancellation Policy:

All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing  by email to :

• Cancellation notices received within September 16, 2017 will entitle to the refund of the total registration fee (except administrative and bank charges).
• Cancellation notices received thereafter but within October 14, will entitle to the refund of 70% of the total registration fee.
• No refund can be made for cancellation after this date.

Note: All refunds will be made after the conference closure.
