The eighth edition of QCD@Work, International Workshop on QCD, theory and experiment, will be held in Martina Franca (Italy), from 27th to 30th June, 2016. The aim is to bring together theorists and experimentalists putting QCD to work in a variety of different arenas for a common analysis. New experimental results and theoretical ideas will be discussed by young and experienced scientists, with the purpose of promoting fruitful collaborations.
This edition of the workshop is organized by the Bari and Lecce units of Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare (INFN), by "Michelangelo Merlin" Physics Department of Bari University and Polytechnic, and by "Ennio De Giorgi" Mathematics and Physics Department of Salento University.

Because of limitations in accommodation and to fulfill the workshop requirements, attendance is limited to about 80 participants.
The deadline for registration is April 30th, 2016. Participants are invited to contribute to the Workshop, submitting a title and an abstract before April 15th, 2016, using the registration form and the abstract submission form. The workshop organization will notify before April 27th if the abstract has been accepted as a contributed talk. It is also possible to contribute to the poster session. Invited and contributed talks, as well as posters, will be published in the Proceedings of the Workshop.

Fee:
The conference fee is 320 euro. It includes proceedings costs, coffee breaks, three light lunches, social events, and the transportation from/to the Bari airport on June 26th and June 30th (beginning/end of the workshop). The details concerning the payment of the workshop fee will be sent with the Bulletin n.1.
The Workhop will start on Monday 27th at 9.00 am and will end on Thursday 30th, in the early afternoon.
