Proceedings
The editors of the EAAC2015 proceedings are Ralph Assmann (DESY), Massimo Ferrario (INFN - LNF), Julia Grebenyuk (DESY), Bernhard Holzer (CERN), Jens Osterhoff (DESY), Andrei Seryi (University of Oxford) and Arnd Specka (École Polytechnique).
Publication
The proceedings will be published in a peer-reviewed special issue of Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research A (NIMA).
Suitable referees for all contributions are appointed by the editors.
This special issue will be accessible online and be printed as a soft cover book with a tentative release date at the end of this year. The first author of each accepted proceedings paper will receive a printed issue free of charge.
Manuscript preparation and submission
All manuscripts are due the latest on October 31, 2015 at 6pm CET. Manuscripts submitted after this deadline may not be accepted.
