Registration
Please go to the the Iscrizioni tab for registration. Login to the INFN indico agenda is required to access the registration form. Owners of an account in Portale INFN can use it to access the form. Other guest can access the form with a temporary account. Please contact Simona Bortot (simona.bortot@to.infn.it) if you need any assistance.
No registration fee is foreseen. Participant shall only pay for accommodation and meals.
How to get there
Joining Cogne will be easy once you have visited the “How to get there” section!
Accommodation and meals
Next to the School venue (Scuola di Alta Formazione del Villaggio dei Minatori), the brand-new Ostello La Mine provides accommodation for the School students at interesting prices. Please visit the Where to stay section for details and price list. Hotels in downtown Cogne (~20 minutes walk from the school) are also listed there.
In the registration form (Iscrizioni tab) you will be asked to indicate your choice for accommodation. Bookings will be made by the School secretariat; once you are registered, please send an e-mail to simona.bortot@to.infn.it, providing your arrival and departure dates, your preferred room type and your choice between B&B and half board.
Payment is to be arranged directly with the hotel at check-out.
Social events
Thuesday afternoon from 1.30 p.m. – “Food & Wine” walk
Wednesday afternoo from 1.30 p.m. – “Let’s walk with ciaspole (snowshoes)”
Thursday afternoon from 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. – Ski race
Thursday evening at 8.00 p.m. – Social Dinner at Sant’Orso Restaurant in Cogne
Expenses for thuesday and wednesday events are borne by the participants.
