Hotel Accommodation
The meeting will take place at the Hotel Hermitage located in La Biodola, Isola d'Elba. Participants will be all accommodated in Hotel Hermitage.
Fully inclusive accommodation fees per person are as follows:
The above fees include full board accommodation in a double room.
The accommodation will be paid directly to the Hotel. The Hotel accepts major credit cards, as well as major currencies, EC and traveller’s checks.
We will email the details of hotel reservation and room assignment to the participants by mid-May.
Changes and cancellations
Registered participants will be able to modify their registration through the web site by Sunday, April 28th. For cancellations or changes after the end of April, please contact the Workshop Organizing Committee as soon as possible to avoid hotel charges.

- 145 €/day -> workshop participant in double room
- 115 €/day -> adult companion in double room
- 50 €/day -> children under 10
- free -> children under 2
- 50 €/day -> single room supplement
