After completing the registration form, an email of acknowledgment will be received. - payment by credit card or bank transfer -> please follow details below
The registration is not definitive until payment is received.
Fee information
The cost of the registration fee (including VAT), which must be paid in Euro (€) only by bank transfer or credit card, is:

The fee includes: admission to all scientific sessions, coffee/tea breaks, welcome cocktail on Tuesday, and the social events, including a guided tour at the “Physics Museum” on Wednesday afternoon and the conference dinner on Thursday evening.

If you do not complete the process with your payment, you are not registered.
Please make a separate payment for the Accompanying Persons Fee indicating their Name/s and Surname/s.

In case registration fees are not credited on time to the conference account, participants are advised to bring with them a copy of their proof of payment (bank transfer or other justification) or their acknowledgement of receipt.
Cancellation and refund fee policy
Cancellation requests must be sent by e-mail to the eXtreme19 Secretariat (extreme19@dfa.unipd.it).
Registrations cancelled up to 4th January 2019 will be charged by 30% of the full fee.
After 5th January 2019, the fee cannot be refund.
