Participants are expected to arrive on June 17th, 2012.
The scientific sessions will start on June 18th at 9:00; the workshop will end on June 21st by 13:30.
Due to the large number of contributions submitted to the workshop, the meeting will be organized in plenary, parallel and poster sessions. Two parallel sessions will take place in the afternoon of Monday 18th and Wednesday 20th.
PRESENTATIONS
- Laptops connected to multimedia projectors will be operative during the sessions for the presentations. Speakers are recommended to use the PDF format.
- Posters will be exposed for all the duration of the workshop. The space available for each poster will be 90 x 120 cm. The poster session is scheduled for Tuesday 19th, from 3 to 4 pm.
- The files of talks and posters will be put on the web page of the workshop.
COMPUTER FACILITIES
Some computers connected to the network will be provided during the workshop. For laptops, a wireless connection will be available in the workshop area for the registered participants.
PAYMENT OF THE FEE
The workshop fee is 250 Euro, and includes proceedings costs, coffee breaks and social events for the registered participants. The fee can be paid (with transfer expenses on your side) to the bank account:

The fee can also be paid cash and in euros upon arrival at the workshop registration desk. The receipt of the fee will be provided at the registration. Payments with checks or credit cards are not allowed. For accompanying persons, a fee of 50 euros, covering the social dinner and the excursion, can be paid cash at the workshop registration desk.
We kindly ask participants who have paid the conference fee in advance by bank transfer to send us (by e.mail or fax) a copy of the order of money transfer, and also to bring this copy to the workshop.
