Description

The next generation of low-background experiments dedicated to searches of neutrinoless double beta decay is plan to use a detectors containing of enriched isotopes in order to enhance the sensitivity of experiments. Those enriched materials should meet strict requirements imposed on all materials of low background experiments – high chemical and radioactive purity. While the feasibility of large scale production of enriched isotopes (100 to 1000 kg) needs to be taken into account for the scheduling of the procurement and preparation phase of the experiments.
Joint Stock Company Isotope (JSC Isotope) is a vital link between Russian isotope manufacturers and clients in foreign and domestic markets. JSC Isotope is the sole supplier of isotope products manufactured by the enterprises of ROSATOM State Corporation. JSC Isotope is one of the leaders in the global stable isotopes market supplying a full range of stable isotopes produced by both electromagnetic and gas centrifugal technologies.
We will present review of enriched isotopes interesting in neutrinoless double beta decay experiments, characteristics of enriched materials, scientific and technological aspects related to their production.
