Please fill the REGISTRATION FORM by giving my name as the person in charge at LNL and the school as purpose of your visit. In the REQUEST OF PERMISSION please indicate Sept 30 - Oct 5 in the period of staying, the school name (EGAN etc) in the experiment blank. Finally, please send the documents to annarosa.spalla@pd.infn.it (CC:mengoni@pd.infn.it)
