Note that we are using the INDICO (INtegrated DIgital COnference) system (login button on top right of the page), so you may need to create an account (a simple guided procedure) in order to register and submit your abstract. The INDICO access login is also available from both the Submit a New Abstract link and Registration Form link. All participants are expected to fill the Registration Form available at the Workshop website by Friday, August 29nd. The registration fee is 170,00 € per participant. The registration fee can be paid - in advance by bank transfer : Banca UniCredit IBAN: IT10 J 02008 39105 000102577633 BIC: UNCRITM1385 in the name of Conto Congressi e Foresterie Ref: GPU2014, fee of (participant's name) (transfer fee at the sender's charge) - or on site at the Meeting Registration Desk upon arrival, cash € or personal check drawn on an Italian bank. CREDIT CARDS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED. For INFN staff or associates ONLY The payment of the registration fee will be done by internal INFN procedure. People travelling on INFN funds DO NOT have to fill the "Conference fee" section in the online INFN Travel Expenses Form (Modulo Missione). Instead, they will have to indicate, in the field Ulteriori Note of the above mentioned Form, that the conference fee will be paid by internal procedure (La conference fee verrà pagata tramite storno fra sezioni).
