Description
This course will give a basic overview on the main characteristics of the Geant4 Monte Carlo toolkit. Theoretical lessons will be coupled to practical exercises that will give the possibility to the student to move the firsts steps with the code, from the installation, to the run of a simple application. A limited number of 27 participants can be admitted and only the Students that complete the registration form can be admitted. Registration cost is 200£ and the fee can be paid at the school site, on the first day.
Overview with practical sessions on the Geant4 Monte Carlo toolkit, from the installation to its main characteristics.
