A number of rooms have been booked at special rates at the “Hotel B4 Treviso - Maggior Consiglio”, conference site, and in two other Hotels: “Hotel Carlton” and “Hotel Al Fogher”.
All selected Symposium Hotels are located in Treviso city, well connected each other by public running city transportation.


 

PRICE PER NIGHT PER ROOM           

The prices indicated are per room per night in Euro and include breakfast, service charges and VAT, as negotiated by the Travel Agency Leonardi.

It is recommended to make reservations as early as possible.
Hotel Booking will be performed on a “first come, first served” basis.
Accommodation and prices are not guaranteed after September 10, 2013.

In filling in the online “Hotel Accommodation Form”, all foreseen procedure steps are requested:

• Enter all requested details in the form
• Select the preferred Hotel (indicate the 1^st and 2^nd Choice)
• Select the preferred payment method
• Print the form as pdf file by using the button “PRINT” inserted  on the 2nd page of the form, and send it by email

Note: To indicate the number of rooms needed (1 or more rooms), the required number must be selected in the “window” corresponding to the room type and then it must be clicked on the selected number (to enter the selected number for subsequent calculations)
 


Hotel  Payment :

To secure the Hotel room reservation the pre-payment of the cost of the entire booked period is required.
 
Payments for Hotel room reservation may be made by:

• Credit card:        Visa and MasterCard cards are accepted.

To pay by credit card, clicking on the online link participants will be redirect to the secure payment site of “LEONARDI VIAGGI-TURISMO”. Please, enter the total cost corresponding to the Hotel selected as 1^st choice

Participant name and the purpose for which the payment is made (“MICROS2013 – Treviso, Italy – Hotel Deposit”) should be reported on the Bank transfer.
Please, make payment for the total cost corresponding to the Hotel selected as 1^st choice
 
Bank transfers must be free of charges for the recipient.
Irregular transfers will not be accepted.
 
Note: Final payments for additional personal expenses must be made directly to the Hotel prior to checking out.
 
Room booking confirmation:
Hotel Room booking confirmation will be notified to all participants directly by “LEONARDI VIAGGI-TURISMO”.

Please allow a few days to process your request and then to receive your hotel  room confirmation and acknowledgement of credit card charging (for credit card payment)
 
 
Hotel Cancellation  Policy
 
All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to:

• Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival:  No cancellation fee
• Cancellations 29-10 days prior arrival: 50 % of the cost of the booked period Cancellation Fee
• Cancellations 9-5 days prior arrival: 75% of the cost of the booked period Cancellation Fee
• Cancellations  4-0 days prior to arrival  or No-Shows: 100% of the cost of the booked period Cancellation Fee

 
Note: All refunds will be made after the conference
