The daily rates (full board. Reductions will be applied for fractions of days) at the Planibel Hotel will be as follows:
The Hotel will accept attendance to the Conference for a period shorter than the whole week. While the reservation should be made through the Conference Secretariat, the Hotel bill shall be paid directly to the Hotel. In a limited number of cases it might be possible to accommodate participants wishing to extend their period of stay beyond the end of the Rencontres.
Every effort will be made to provide accommodation in a single room for those who request it. However, this cannot be guaranteed. As a provision for this case participants are kindly requested to indicate the name of a preferred room partner.
The desired period of stay should be indicated on the registration form. Registered participants will receive confirmation of arrangements made for them.
