This is the third edition of the Synergies at New Frontiers workshop series, which started in 2022 with the aim of exploring connections between the different windows of Multi-Messenger astrophysics. While the second edition focused on alert systems and results from Multi-Messenger sources, this workshop will focus on the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning tools in the field.

The detection of high-energy cosmic neutrinos and gravitational waves from astrophysical objects have led to the new era of Multi-Messenger astrophysics. Observatories and experiments are now more than ever able to observe the sky in different energy ranges and with different messengers. Each class of messengers -- photons, neutrinos, cosmic-rays, and gravitational waves -- provides distinct and valuable information of the most violent phenomena in the Universe. Only with Multi-Messenger astronomy we will be able to fully unveil the mechanisms at operation in different galactic and extragalactic sources.

The aim is to discuss how these tools can help identify and analyse signals, combine information from different experiments, and improve the quality and efficiency with which alerts are issued and shared. The workshop will bring together researchers working with different messengers and AI/ML techniques to exchange methods and discuss possible applications and collaborations.
