• Source flange + new O-ring successfully tested on the vessel.
• Tecnoalarm reshaped bandellas; Daniele’s small modification scheduled for immediate test.
• Nylon66 structure partially reshaped; residual 1–2 mm sagitta under recovery.
• Copper-box handling: meeting held/scheduled with Franco Tacca (LNGS tunnel handling constraints).
• Nitrogen MFC and HV box expected at LNF for tests (tomorrow).

• Rometec affidamento a consumo confirmed active; issues/misunderstandings to be reviewed.
• O₂ + humidity sensors procurement blocked waiting for required documents.
• LNGS gas order planned for this week.
• LN₂ + filters integration still waiting on NIER feedback.
• Copper-box movement procedure to be closed/reviewed with Cesidio; execution to be managed by LNGS services.
• Copper-box drawings progressing but delayed by 3DExperience workflow issues.
• GEM inner frames still non-compliant after re-machining; new corrective intervention planned with Daniele + Tecnoalarm.
• Directionality paper submitted to PubCom; HFO corrections ongoing.

• Simulation paper accepted with minor revisions; resubmission deadline 12 March; reviewer comments to be forwarded to PubCom and addressed.
• PD2025 proceedings: attempted late recovery by drafting the 5-page contribution.

Andrea

• Contacted authors of arXiv:2602.02694 (sub-GeV DM with hydrogen) regarding missing CYGNO citation; authors agreed to correct in v2.

• Mouser components: Herman is ready to go. This week he is going to assemble the 50ohms termination resistors in the Trigger Module
• Source flange + new O-ring successfully tested on the vessel + 1/8" gas connectors successfully tested up to + 3 mbar
• issue with 3D experience permissions is slowing the closing of the copper box drawings

• O₂ sensor: waiting for the quote and required documents.

• Copper box drawings: 3DS issue solved, Antonio will provide the drawings this week

• Inner GEM frames: retrofitted by Tecnoalarm; assembly test scheduled for tomorrow.

• Rometec order: first batch submitted.

• Hall F inspection: walkthrough with technicians and LNGS services to finalize service routing paths.

• Water tanks: new transport to LNF today.

• This week: Preparing setup for Herman to test the trigger module

• Line for LN2 should be done in conitinuos copper line, not SS and swagelok
