DESCRIPTION:I will talk about tests of general relativity in the postmerge
 r phase of black hole binaries. After an overview of the current analysis\
 , focusing on the strongest constraints given by GW250114\, I will tackle 
 the problem of how to model deviations in the ringdown in absence of an un
 derlying theory. I am going to present several ways to parametrize quasi-n
 ormal modes of rotating and non-rotating black holes beyond general relati
 vity\, comparing them against known cases in specific theories.\n\nhttps:/
