        • whether the corrections are all there or whether Cesidio is still going through the material;
        • whether Antonio expects to finish by Friday 23rd;
      • I am requesting instructions from Roberto to start purchasing on Amazon.

      • To assemble the GEM stack we lack of two type of screws. Roberto is trying to find them out in Amazon Business to be bought at RM1
      • Similar problem with O-ring cord 1.78mm but for closing the PMMA box
      • Order for Nylon66 fittings with Affidamento a consume in Research Division LNGS 500€ almost started
      • Trying to open an Affidamento a Consumo to Rometech in GSSI around 20k€ until 31/12/26 (with 13.5k€ to be spent for sure). The General Director is not seeing that as as possible, but we have to talk
      • Thursday 22/01/26 maybe trasport from LNF to bring chiller and other stuff and to take some of the LIME water tanks
      • Huge technician mission next week with gas system test
      • HFO paper is almost finished sending it to Florian to crosscheck
      • Started to work with Samuele on directionality paper first meeting this week
      • I have to disentagle the Polyethylene situation with Andrea Ianni
      • Pressing Antonio to do something on the Copper form the Cesidio input idea is to finish end of month

      • No news from analysis. This Thursday meeting and today I will send mail to all members with task
      • I will also write to Rob and Ali from AU. What about Lindsey? Was he simulation interested?
      • Screws and HV oring still to be searched
      • This week the dry run might be stopped by CERN material arrival for another experiment
      • Moving box PMMA into the clean room, and cleaning of the romm required
      • Daniele will warn me/Davide when he will be able to start mounting
      • Window cleaning and oring positioning will start soon and Cesidio's test on strength to apply to close the windows as soon as one window with oring is mounted

      • closure of the radio-pure copper purchase from administrative point of view (waiting for reply by Virginia)
      • recollect and organize the tasks of WP5 in view of the "succession" of WP5 Coordinator (Gas System / HV / Calibration tasks)
      • no advancement foreseen this week from the DAQ / event builder point of view
      • development of backend and eventually we interface to navigate/query the content of the #coordination discord chat
