System flushing with humidified argon at the moment

After Christmas shutdown, everything was re-powered and in working order. Resistivity measurements performed before Christmas under analysis at the moment.

Removal of trolleys from the GIF++ bunker for extension works foreseen for week 05 (26th January 2026):

1) 26th: T3 and T1 will be removed from the bunker

2) 27th: trolleys moved with the crane from preparation area to the zone between GIF++ and CMS Ecal building. Connection to gas line to flush either Ar or CO2 and HV cables

Idea is to carry out an Ar test similar to what was done by Mattia and Henrietta on the EPDT RPC6 detector, details TBD

 

ISE measurements during the GIF++ shutdown

• Flow at the input, measure at the output. Measure flow at the input
•  Use not too many detectors, maybe only one
