The city of Rende hosts the University of Calabria with events planned in all seasons, so we strongly recommend making your reservation as soon as possible.
A shuttle bus service will be available for congress participants. In the morning, the bus will transport participants from the designated pick-up point to the congress venue. In the evening, the bus will return participants from the venue to the same location, which also serves as the drop-off point.
All hotels are within walking distance from the three bus pick-up/drop-off points.
BUS PICK-UP/DROP-OFF POINTS
There are three pick-up/drop-off points in order to accommodate participants in all hotels:
A- in front of the Best Western hotel main entrance.
B- in Via G. Marconi 48 (in front of Conforti Shop).
C- regular bus stop (Pensilina) in Via G. Marconi 62.
The bus will serve the three locations in the morning and in the evening towards and from the event Venue at UniCal.

BV President Hotel
All rooms are equipped with high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, 32” LED TV with the best SKY Business Hotel channels, air conditioning, minibar, and safe. The hotel also offers parking facilities and a 24-hour front desk. Accommodation is provided in Comfort and Superior rooms. The rates listed below include 10% VAT.

The agreement includes:

The reservation is guaranteed by Domus G.H. through a pre-authorization on the credit card provided at the time of booking confirmation, equal to the cost of the first night of the requested room.
Free cancellation is available until 21/3.

Rates are understood as follows:

exclusively reserved for guests attending the event;
valid until the allocated availability for the Corporate market is exhausted.

This agreement shall take effect from the date of acceptance.
