Submission deadline
When submitting your abstract, please indicate the track.
However, the LOC may decide to consider your submitted abstract to be allocated in a different session from one you chose.
All submitted abstracts will be considered for an oral contribution, with the possibility of some being moved to a poster session if needed.
Should your abstract be accepted as a contributed talk, we suggest to provisionally plan for a 20 minutes presentation (+ 5 minutes for Q&A).
The effective duration will depend on the number of abstracts received and will be communicated in the abstract acceptance e-mail (by May 10th).
