DESCRIPTION:ALADDIN (An LHC Apparatus for Direct Dipole Moments Investigat
 ion) is a proposed fixed-target experiment at CERN’s Large Hadron Collid
 er (LHC) aimed at pioneering measurements of charm-baryon magnetic and ele
 ctric dipole moments. The experiment employs a novel storage-ring layout t
 hat deflects protons from the LHC beam halo onto a solid target and bent c
 rystal\, where forward-boosted charm baryons are produced and channeled\, 
 generating strong electromagnetic fields and measurable spin precession. T
 he proof-of-principle test "twocryst" has successfully collected data at t
 he LHC\, validating the technique.\nThe workshop will take place at the He
 rmitage Hotel in La Biodola\, Isola d’Elba\, and will bring together the
 orists\, accelerator and detector physicists\, and engineers to review pro
 gress and define the next milestones for ALADDIN\, with particular focus o
 n the Technical Proposal requested by the LHC committee. It follows earlie
 r meetings in Milano (2019)\, Gargnano del Garda (2022)\, Paris (2023)\, 
 Valencia (2024)\, and Valletta (2026)\, and will be the second workshop of
