Florence offers a wide range of accommodation options for all budgets; however, it is a city with a high volume of tourists throughout the year. Participants are therefore strongly encouraged to book their accommodation as early as possible.
Please note that no agency, company, or individual is authorized to handle hotel reservations on behalf of the organizers.

Since the conference venue is very close to a tram stop, any hotel or B&B along the tramway lines (both T1 and T2) is in a convenient position, even if it is not in the city centre.
