Expected Behavior
All participants (including attendees, speakers, organizers, and sponsors) are expected to:

Unacceptable Behavior
The following behaviors are not tolerated:
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form
- Offensive verbal comments or inappropriate language
- Unwelcome sexual attention or advances
- Disruptive behavior during sessions or events
- Unauthorized recording or photography where prohibited
Reporting and Enforcement
If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please report it promptly to the conference organizers (contact details provided on the conference website or at the registration desk).
All reports will be treated seriously and handled with discretion. The organizers reserve the right to take appropriate actions, including:
- Warning the offender
- Removal from the conference without refund
- Notification of the offender’s institution, if necessary
